The superman exercise incorporates the most important muscles involved in promoting optimum upright body posture by simultaneously strengthening the lower back, glutes, middle back, upper back and neck areas.  I consider it the most important exercise I recommend and definitely do it myself.  Consider that better posture even maximizes your lungs' capacity to inhale more oxygen, increasing your energy level.
